This site is made to defend my character and reputation from the lies of Geraldine Schinzel.

Is a Hateful Dishonest and crazy Woman from Clarkston/ Waterford Michigan, Area. She posted lies about me online on 11 different occasions on a scam site saying that I am a criminal , that I run a crininal enterprise, that I dont have a drivers license, that I live in my sisters basement and lots more lies and nonsense.

I sued her for Defamation in Federal Court for $300,000, and she then filed a lawsuit against me for $900,000. She hired an Attorney in Las Vegas. I litigated both cases all by myself.
I won both cases, I kicked her ass and her Attorneys ass also. I got her lawsuit against me dismissed and I won a Judgment against her for $43,000

During the lawsuit I discovered that she was running an illegal business, she was engaging in criminal copyright infringment. ( selling bootleg copies she made.) She took automotive ,truck and motorcycle service manuals and copied them to pdfs and sold them on ebay from $5 o $20 and from her website repairmanualsoncd.com, she sold these from 2009 until around 2020 when she took the site down after I caught her. Her website was repairmanualsoncd.com, she also started an LLC for illegal business with the Michigan Secretary of State and attempted to trademark the name which she abandoned.

Update 2023, Geraldine did not want to pay my Judgment so I turned up the heat on her and had Law Enforcement take her Truck to auction off and I froze 3 of her bank accounts and set up Wage Garnishment at her job, which prompted Geraldine to pay me.
